Food & Beverage/Bar Attendants – Both Clubs

About the Role

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Food & Beverage/Bar Attendants to join the team at The Gungahlin Lakes Golf Club. This position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to members and patrons, receiving orders and actioning requests in a timely manner, keeping your service area clean, tidy and stocked and responding to queries in a timely and polite manner. Duty Manager – Gungahlin Lakes

About the Role

As a Duty Manager, your role will entail ensuring the efficient ground-floor operation at the Gungahlin Lakes Golf & Community Club. You will be responsible for building relationships with our members and guests to ensure they have a memorable experience at our venue while leading and motivating a large team of staff.

You will also be entrusted with ensuring that staff are up-to-date with promotions, dealing with any issues that arise during shifts promptly and professionally and assisting Venue Management to run a smooth and successful business operation.

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated, diligent, and optimistic individual who will be dedicated to meeting the needs of both patrons & staff and maintaining the optimal functionality of the Club.

Key skills required:

  • Previous experience in a management position within the hospitality industry
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a team with proven results
  • Excellent presentation coupled with a professional manner
  • A passion for delivering superior quality customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and availability to work as required
  • Knowledge of gaming machine operations is desirable
