Unfortunately venue vouchers cannot be used as a form of payment for special events.

Cancellations are allowed at any time if you or your guests are affected by travel restrictions or must self-isolate. Cancellations should be made through reception or via email to membership@ainsliegroup.com.au, specifying the venue you are booked at.
Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings:
Cancellations with full refund (minus booking fees) can be made up to 1 week prior to event date. Cancellations made less than 1 week prior to event date are non-refundable.
